Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Expert Market USA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.


Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Confirmation of orders and shipping notices will be sent to the customer via the email address entered on the order form. Order confirmations will include a copy of the order, availability status and if already shipped, tracking information, and expected delivery date.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Orders for products not immediately available will receive a confirmation of order that includes a notice of approximate availability. When the order is shipped customer will receive a shipping notification.

Customers will be billed at the time of shipping. All payment details are verified before shipping.


Shipping Cost

Shipping Cost is calculated on a “per order”, “per item”, or “per pound” based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific options in select categories or free shipping sitewide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.


Shipping Providers

UPS is our shipping provider. Please look at this site for a future updates on shipping providers.

All orders require a physical address and No PO Boxes. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Expert Market USA. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please choose carefully. We don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.



All merchandise is non-refundable items.


Damaged/ defective items

You will be eligible for a return only when you have received a damaged/defective item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packaging.  Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable



Exchanges are only within 7 days of purchase/receiving damaged/defective items. If the item is out-of-stock we can issue a store credit.
