By purchasing from ExpertMarketUSA, you agree to the terms outlined below.We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing & Shipping
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination; any free-shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered by UPS or USPS typically within 5–7 business days after shipment; Certain products ship directly from our distribution partners and may require approximately 15–20 business days for delivery. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the applicable product page. We ship to physical street addresses in the United States only (no P.O. boxes).
3. Returns & Refunds
Returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There are no restocking fees. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is free — a prepaid UPS return label is provided for all approved returns. To start a return, contact info@expertmarketusa.net or (847) 350-9034. Returns are shipped to: Expert Market USA, 951 N. Plum Grove Rd., Suite C, Schaumburg, IL 60173. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Items that have been used or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photo evidence to verify the issue. Verified claims will receive, at the customer’s choice, a free replacement or a full refund including all shipping charges.
5. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through trusted partners such as PayPal and secure payment gateways integrated via WIX.
ExpertMarketUSA does not store credit card information.
